If it's been over 15 days since you placed your order and it hasn't
arrived, email us with your name and order number. We'll investigate
with the logistics company.
Order Damaged
If your order arrives damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery. Take photos or videos of the damaged package and items, then contact our customer satisfaction team immediately. We'll work with the shipping
carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Order Cancellations

Return window
You can return your order within 30 days of its delivery.
Return Method
